Introducing Bob Pace, President of Commercial Real Estate Inspectors, LLC

Bob has been a CREIA (California Real Estate Inspection Association) Certified Inspector since 1994 and a licensed contractor with nearly 40 years experience in the construction trades. He was the past president of the Los Angeles Mid Valley Chapter of CREIA and the education chairman for many years. Bob has also been featured as a professional inspector on HGTV.

Bob’s broad experience in construction covers areas from installing foundations to building structures from the ground up. He has worked on hi-rise buildings, hotels and a major electrical power station.

Bob was a co-owner of a top remodeling contracting company when he decided to get into the inspection business in the Los Angeles area.

AS co-owner and senior technical advisor of LaRocca Inspections, Bob helped expand that company to become the largest residential inspection company in the United States, doing in excess of 8,000 inspections per year.

Bob has now decided to focus his energies in the commercial inspection area and recently purchased the commercial division of LaRocca Inspections which he now owns and operates under the name Commercial Real Estate Inspectors, LLC.

Commercial Inspections are a specialized area that requires extensive structural knowledge along with a wide general background in heating and air conditioning, electrical, roofing and plumbing along with thorough knowledge of moisture related issues.

Bob has personally done over 5,000 home inspections and hundreds of commercial inspections over the past 13 years. He has also personally trained 20 inspectors including all of the inspectors at LaRocca Inspections.

Bob’s commercial inspections include apartment buildings, strip malls, banks, health care facilities, schools, industrial complexes and hi-rise buildings.

Bob’s vast experience has culminated in the development of a much needed inspection report which he calls the RISK Assessment™. This report gives the client a full picture of the existing condition of the property and outlines the probable replacement costs and life of the systems by industry standards.
